EREA Formation Programs
EREA offers a number of formation programs for all staff, ranging from beginning staff to senior leaders, that provide opportunities for professional and personal reflection and growth.
鈥淲ith a Listening Heart: A Design for Formation within the Edmund Rice Tradition鈥�听 guides the planning, design and evaluation of staff formation experiences grounded in the Touchstones as the contemporary Australian expression of Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition.
鈥淔ull of Life鈥� provides a guide to all nationally coordinated formation, leadership development and professional learning opportunities within the EREA community.
